Why did people vote (or not) in the recent Latvian elections?

In an attempt to find out the reasons why so few people chose to exercise their democratic rights, Latvian Radio's Gints Grūbe spoke with Jurijs Ņikišins, a leading researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Latvia, who has been studying political participation in Latvia for about 15 years.
