The aim is to show the public how political slogans, symbols and colours have changed over the years – or, conversely, remained the same.
Sixty political posters are on display in the basement of the National Library. They are divided into three thematic sections: pre-election campaigning, propaganda and art posters.
The oldest poster in the exhibition dates from 1918, the most recent from 2006.
