As indicated in the ministry, last weekend, changes were registered in the Enterprise Register, whereby LVM became the owner of two companies registered in Latvia, whose only asset is land and which were previously owned by Swedish citizens. According to regulatory enactments, the acquisition of the companies required the consent of the Cabinet of Ministers, which LVM received on June 30th.
