The Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the State Police is conducting a criminal investigation under the section of the Criminal Law regarding the solicitation and acceptance of unlawful benefits.
The criminal proceedings are being supervised by the Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Criminal Offences in Public Service.
The State Police, however, did not provide any more comments to the LETA news agency.
