Over three days from Friday, May 1st, the motorists plan to cover a route of about 1,700 kilometres along the country's border, racking up considerable patriotic fuel consumption costs along the way.
The idea of such a patriotic ride has been cherished for several years. Other riders from different regions will also join the Latgale motorcyclists along the patriotic way.
"Lotigola" president Edgars Timoškāns said: "This idea has been in my head for ten years."
